First time going here with my family & it was awesome! We're hooked and planning on enrolling our son into swimming lessons! Thank you for making our first experience awesome!

Great pool but water slide always closed

Good value for families because of the included swim classes & childminding. Excellent Plus change-rooms; hot tubs, steam room, towel service (well worth the extra cash!). I also love that their are 2 squash courts (1 squash, 1 squash/raquetball convertible court).

Impeccably clean, overall. Also the weight room has a good amount of squat racks etc. Can always get on any equipment that I want to.

Always friendly, hospitable service from all the staff including all the caretakers (who always have a smile for you!), but especially want to mention Greg, and Karin for their outstanding customer service and competence.

It can be difficult to reach a staff member by phone, but I have noticed that this is because the staff is so busy helping in person clients, they won't cut a person short to answer the phone. A good way to get in touch is by email actually, they always respond within a day or so!
