“I had a 5 star experience in a 3 star room. Good value but pretty dingy 3 bedroom suite. Staff was extremely accommodating. Helped me move a second fridge into one of the rooms at no extra charge. We checked out after having lost a key, when we checked back in, all the things we had forgotten were still in the room. $10 charge for a lost key.”
