(August 20, 2022, 5:42 pm)Kim and Kelly are the best servers! They are attentive, quick with service, accurate with orders, always quick with the drinks, and kind natured. The food is great- fresh, cooked to order, flavourful - everything you’d expect from a bistro! Their menus are seasonal which is great for locals who love a bit of variety! They have a beautiful summer patio away from the road - definitely worth a visit on a sunny day! Thanks so much, Alpha Bistro team!
(July 1, 2022, 8:18 pm)Both of the workers we interacted with were the kindest, most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Tip: it wasn't on the menu but we ordered lemonade and they made it fresh- delicious.
(April 28, 2021, 6:02 pm)We stay at the Banff Rocky Mountain resort each time we visit Banff. The Alpha Bistro is one of the main reasons. The food is unbelievable! The chef is extremely talented and each dish we have tried was delicious. Even after booking reservations at some of the fancier places in Banff the Alpha Bistro easily is still our favorite. If you are looking for late night snack food I recommend the Nachos!
