A beautiful hostel located in the rockies! Richard was amazing and takes great care of the grounds and rooms. A clean communal kitchen and amazing sauna. The area is great year round for different activities and hikes. A wonderful hostel experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy nature in a rustic yet comfortable way. I can't wait to return!
Absolutely wonderful hostile experience nice and cosy kitchen and common area.. dorm rooms are adequate with nice firm mattresses. Delightful hiking trails around there Richard the camp manager is very helpful and knowledgable of the area.
The Internet is rubbish. It is only available for one hour between 20:30 to 21:30!
There’s lots of good books and mops for trip planning. The linen is clean and soft on the skin.
Beautiful place in the winter! Have been snow shoeing and ski touring from the Hostel. The hostel is located in a magical place along the 93 North. No hot tub but there is a wood sauna! No cell range / patchy wifi. Wonderful place if you love the quiet outdoors!
I unfortunately didn't get to stay here but I can speak on the customer service quality with the highest regards. I had a family member pass away the night before my stay was booked with this location. Even though there was a no last minute refund policy since I had taken 2 spots that others could have used, they still reached out to refund me and offer assistance.
The customer service representative, Manon, offered kind words and condolences in my time of need. Other support teams should aspire to match the professionalism and class of this locations support. Thank you again Manon.
