“We took the 7pm paddle and it was a nice way to wrap up the day. Tim was our guide and he did a great job. You're not guaranteed to see lots of wild life but we spotted a few beavers, a bald eagle, and a loon on our trip. You'll paddle upstream for about 30 minutes then float back down for the rest of the time.”

“So happy I went here. It’s an easy walk from the town centre and easy to find. The staff are awesome - so helpful and friendly. The horses were all very well behaved; apart from some sneaky munching, they were absolutely perfect. Riding western-style was very fun and the views were incredible - pictures don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend going here 🐴”

“The customer service is not how it should be for a tourist place. They don’t have clear information about shuttle service online as well as at their service counter. We waited for an one hour at pick up point without any status. We also missed our scheduled Banff gondola ride because shuttle driver didn’t know the route. The service providers at the Gondola centre accommodated us to the next available tour. Overall, it’s good for pre booking your tours but not for 24hrs or less.”

“The Icefield Parkway/Icefield Explorer tour we booked through this agency was the highlight of our Rockies Trip this year. Our booking agent, Zack, was incredibly awesome and the driver, Frank, was informative and made the trip a great experience. As for the Columbia Icefield tour where you go on one of the large buses equipped for going on the Athabasca Glacier, all I can say is if you are in the area and have the opportunity to do it, do it! The drivers are fantastic and you will learn amazing things about the geology of the area and about the Glacier itself, and you will have about 10-20 minutes to actually walk (or slip) on the glacier and even collect some ice cold bottled water straight from the source. Do not miss possibly one of the best experiences you can have in the Canadian Rockies.”

“Just finished our tour in Jasper after travelling Calgary>Banff>Lake Louise> Jasper, and Brewster Sightseeing made the experience one to remember. All of the staff that we encountered (Les, Andrew, Taryn and the wonderful Australian gentleman driver; sorry I forgot your name; were all incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have. They made the experience so fun and one I will never forget. Thank you all again!”

“Our guide Lola was fabulous. Lola’s attention to detail was superb. A great adventure for all of us and climbing up to the Sundance Lodge was beautiful. The horses are very well behaved and friendly. Highly recommend the adventure!”

“Had an amazing time on the Open Top Touring tour this past Sunday (June 11, 2023). Our tour guide was Lana and she was super knowledgeable and had us having the best time ever. I have been to Banff many times but with my sister visiting we wanted to do something I haven’t done before. This was perfect, 90 minute tour full of history and great photo opportunities. I even went somewhere on the tour I hadn’t been before. Saw a little wildlife along the way and received a great history lesson as we went. Very interactive tour. We had perfect weather so we got to have the top open.”

“Had a great trip with Radventures to see sunrise at Moraine lake before visiting Lake Louise. Gio gave us a fantastic tour of the lake with lots of interesting facts and a climbing demo. It was a bit of a shame Moraine lake was overcast but Radventures can't control that! Note that its an early start, can be very cold at Moraine lake and there is a circa 30 min stop at Lake Louise village for food between the lakes. Recommended.”

“My boyfriend and I had an amazing spray lakes ride with Banff Trail Riders. The guides were amazing and so helpful making our ride so fun and comfortable. We had Mountain and Sulfur as our horses and they were so tame and easy to ride. Didn’t need to direct them at all really. The views were stunning and enjoyed crossing a couple river spots as well. We are already planning our next ride!!!”
