“A small museum in Banff about the history of the city and its inhabitants. There are two main spaces, one on the left, which is a gallery of contemporary artists of the area. And the main one on the right about the history of the city.”

“We stayed in cabin 19, a one room bungalow. It was very cozy and charming and as advertised. It was mostly clean with the exception of a few noticeable details that could use some attention in the bathroom (black mold around bathroom window panes that could easily be removed and the drywall ceiling above the shower is developing mold and could benefit from some cleaning and repainting.) Overall, we enjoyed the coziness of the cabin, the beauty of the canyon so close by. Its a quick ride into the town of Banff. It was great to have a restaurant, gift shop and coffee bar on site. Staff were helpful and friendly.”

“I cannot express how thankful we are to have Jamie working with us on the Banff Fire Department team. His expertise is always spot on and he is always available when we need him. Our means of communication is hugely important to us in emergency services and Jamie is the one that makes it happen seamlessly. I highly recommend Jamie for radio services in the Bow Valley.”

“Everything is extremely overpriced. It’s like a giant gas station convenience store. Little selection of items at marked up prices. Very quick check out which is nice. Very small and busy parking lot. Pretty much the only grocery store in downtown Banff.”
Address: 333 Banff Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1B1, Canada
“The customer service is not how it should be for a tourist place. They don’t have clear information about shuttle service online as well as at their service counter. We waited for an one hour at pick up point without any status. We also missed our scheduled Banff gondola ride because shuttle driver didn’t know the route. The service providers at the Gondola centre accommodated us to the next available tour. Overall, it’s good for pre booking your tours but not for 24hrs or less.”

“Ron's work is not only inspiring, its truly authentic. Ron gets out deep into the mountains and captures the Canadian Rockies in a way that many people will never see. His images are first class and reflect his love for the mountains. His service is second to none. You can talk to him directly and he's always more than enthusiastic to help. Also, his shipping is excellent.”

“One of the more unique stores in Banff. The decor is very interesting to look at, items are priced cheaper than the souvenir stores on the main strip. Staff are friendly, there's free parking in front and around the store, and of course there's the famous Merman :)”

“Pretty busy place, obviously the most famous ice cream spot in town. The ice cream was excellent and smooth, although the waffle cone was.... Slightly too crunchy (unless that's how you like it). The line is long but moves reasonably fast. I was satisfied.”

“We stopped in here as every place we stay I have to visit the harley shop to get a shirt at least. Banff harley shop is just a shop, not a dealership.reason for 3 stars is as follows - Looking at the shirts and was constantly asked by the staff are you ok? Which shirt you interested in etc, the staff would not leave me alone to look at shirts in peace. Today when I went to get a size they rudely said don't get the shirt, ask us and we get it (never had this issue at an actual harley dealership) , the staff here I found quite rude, lack of customer service. And I myself am a very laid back person (well being aussie helps -:) ) Would have given at least 4 stars if it wasn't for the rudeness displayed by the staff Decent range of clothes but for some shirts bit over priced in my opinion but guess it's banff after all”

“Staff was very friendly. My wife left her phone behind in the change room. 20 minutes later we walked past the store front. I don't know if it was just luck, or amazing people, but they ran outside to chase us down and return the phone. Thank-you so much!”

“I love this store even though my kids have now (mostly) out grown it. On a street with some many tourist shops selling the same thing, this store has an excellent selection of toys for kids of all ages. It also has Pez, some fun pranks and toys even people or are kids at heart will enjoy.”

“Bit disappointed, to access the store at all you gotta go to the other store and ask. When I did the lady acted real inconvenienced by my asking to browse, I was genuinely interested in what they had but I was scared to even ask a question.. I hope whatever bad day she was having gets better..”
Address: 120 Banff Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1A5, Canada
“Huge souvenir shop. They have so many things densely packed into their shop. They must get shoplifters a lot. We were with a group of people. The staff was friendly, but watching every move we made. Beyond the awkward watching, the inventory was great.”

“Saw a massive queue outside - and being British, we couldn't resist joining it. So glad we did - Beaver tails are delicious! So much choice of toppings. We went for original - and the apple filling one. Mmmmm - buy one and change your dessert life forever!!”
