Friendly knowledgeable staff!!
We purchased Lely A4s from them in 2012 and 2013. The entire sales process was very well done. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. No hidden surprises.
On the service side they do a very good job. Having robots that are required to operate 24/7, service is crucial. Downtime is expensive. We are pleased to say that they respond promptly with well trained techs. If a tech on call is having issues there is great in house support system so they can help each other out. If there is a big issue Lely North America is promptly to respond and support Penner when needed.
The overall experience from the startup to maintenance to emergancy service is great. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
