“I am writing to express my disappointment with the atmosphere at your establishment. While I have enjoyed visiting your shop in the past, I was disturbed by the plain white wall that is displayed in the main seating area. The plain white colour of the wall is jarring to me, and it makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that some people may not be bothered by this, but for me, the plain white wall is too sterile and does not fit with the overall atmosphere of a coffee shop. I hope that you will consider adding some color or decorations to the wall, or relocating it to a different area of the shop. I would be happy to discuss this further with you, if you would like.”

“Came into the building. Friendly staff and all but I asked for my caramel ribbon crunch to be lactose free and by the severe stomach pains afterwards I can safely say they did not make it lactose free. Guess I will have to watch when they make it.”
