“I am writing to express my disappointment with the atmosphere at your establishment. While I have enjoyed visiting your shop in the past, I was disturbed by the plain white wall that is displayed in the main seating area. The plain white colour of the wall is jarring to me, and it makes me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I understand that some people may not be bothered by this, but for me, the plain white wall is too sterile and does not fit with the overall atmosphere of a coffee shop. I hope that you will consider adding some color or decorations to the wall, or relocating it to a different area of the shop. I would be happy to discuss this further with you, if you would like.”

“I am a huge fan of Mary Browns and it makes me really happy to write this review. Best damn service I’ve had in Lacombe. Very nice staff and great food. (Read Full Review) It’s really important to get things right in “rural communities” cause people people talk and they can destroy your reputation but what these people don’t realize is that there real people working at these places. Honestly, it’s truly sad to read these comments at this location, I feel that people don’t give this place enough credit and small group of entitled “albertans” gave this place a bad label and that they don’t live up to their entitled standards. How about a real honest review from someone that actually have a valid opinion: Best damn service I’ve received so far at Lacombe. I feel absolutely sad for the people that work here have to deal with entitled “rural folk” that don’t know what good service means, just read the reviews and all the horrible things they say. Based on my experience it’s the opposite. It’s absolutely horrible how this place is getting treated. I just wanted to say something real And honest and also thanks for being such wonderful people. “Never have I met such nicer people! My dad, husband, and I were greeted with big smiles and because it was our first time stepping in everything was explained and all that was available was listed! “We purchased Lely A4s from them in 2012 and 2013. The entire sales process was very well done. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. No hidden surprises. On the service side they do a very good job. Having robots that are required to operate 24/7, service is crucial. Downtime is expensive. We are pleased to say that they respond promptly with well trained techs. If a tech on call is having issues there is great in house support system so they can help each other out. If there is a big issue Lely North America is promptly to respond and support Penner when needed. The overall experience from the startup to maintenance to emergancy service is great. I highly recommend dealing with this company.”

“We stumbled across this garden centre last night and thankfully they were open. They are great. We were greated by a friendly dog, followed by a friendly cat. Which I ended up carrying around most of the green house with me. They have a great selection of plants, trees, annuals and perennials. All looked healthy. The prices were much better than the other centres we visited. We ended up buying some unique plants. The owner was equally friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the experience and are looking forward to going back for more. As we are new in the area, we are pleased to have discovered this hidden gem.”
