Last year, the first time, my dispatch arranged a service for a driver side window replacement at this location.
Recently, I called them to retorque 4 trailer tire nuts. They were busy but asked me to come. I arrived and reported at the main desk. They retorqued the tires immediately. Also, they didn't charge me anything for the service.
A few weeks ago, I went to a TA shop in Casper, WY, exactly for the same reason with a different trailer and they charged me USD 10 for each tire.
