Very friendly and professional. Ian got everything installed and took the time to show my wife how to work everything and close down the a/c for winter season. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We went to use our AC for the first time this year and later realized it was not working when our house was 25 degrees on a Sunday evening. I called Monday morning and was pleased when I was offered an appointment time for the next afternoon. I was expecting the visit to only be for diagnostics and booking repairs for another day but was even more pleased when the tech (Jesse) completed repairs as he found issues. He had photographed issues found to clearly explain what the problem was and to show the repair work. Very happy with the prompt and thorough service. My only comment for possible improvement would be that I was not made aware of any costs prior to the work being completed. It wasn’t necessarily an issue for me but I do know some customers may want to know what the total cost would be prior to going ahead with the work. Thank you very much to Whisper, will definitely be using them for any future needs heating/cooling needs.

Great experience. Very responsive, prompt and reasonable price. Furnace went down through a long weekend, made arrangements for a repair before the weather got bad. No stress whatsoever. Would recommend and would use again.
