Dr.Sharon is one of the most caring and skilled practitioners. Countless times I have gone to her in pain for some reason or another, and she is basically magic. Most recently I bruised my tailbone and had treatment by the Summus Laser = magic. Highly recommend Health First.
I started going a few years ago when I received a gift card for Christmas and I've been going monthly ever since. This was my first experience with ART and Dr. Sharon is amazing. I've seen her through two post partums and one pregnancy. She is lovely and the body work she does is sooo good. I can't recommend her enough.
I started going to see Dr. Sharon for a strained hip flexor and calf muscle tightness. I was new to active release therapy and shockwave therapy. She performed each over multiple sessions over a few months. I notice a huge difference. I can get back to running pain free now. Definitely recommend going to see Dr. Sharon. She will fix you up and get you back to doing the things you love.
