I have had the pleasure in training with Cheris for the past 2 years for the Dragonboat Festival here in Lethbridge.She uses her experience, knowledge and sense of humour to encourage us all to be the best we can, at our own individual levels.Her upbeat and positive attitudes made the training fun and helped to improve my fitness level.I would recommend her to everyone.

We had a group of Ladies do Yoga in the Park and everyone had a great time. Thank-you!

From our seniors association Cheris whipped into shape a couple dozen people of ages 57 to 80 to compete and win a Silver Medal at Dragon boat races in Lethbridge , Alberta. June 2022.

Cherry Rock Lifestyle was very organized, friendly and down to earth. She had family that supported her while she had a baby and didn't miss a beat, it was so appreciated. Always available to answer questions. Communication was great. The class was very affordable. We enjoyed the class very much. Thank you so much.

My sister and I took the trauma centered yoga class. It was so helpful and Cheris was wonderful at modifying poses to each participant's ability. The online format worked really well as it enabled release of some things that we likely couldn't have released with others physically present, yet the format still created a feeling of connection to and support from others.
