It did take 1.75 hours to change the winter tires for summer tires. All 8 tires were on rims.
(January 31, 2023, 9:35 pm)Went into the shop hoping to have one tire on my Edge filled. Brett too care of that with a smile, and also noticed the other 3 tires were low, so took care of that too! A pleasant quick fix.
(November 7, 2022, 7:12 pm)I think that Dunlop is a great dealership overall. Never had any issues on a half dozen previous appointments, and today didn't really diminish that. This was more of a slip in responsibility along the chain. I just came in for a winter tire changeover, but someone decided to do an outstanding recall and didn't advise me of the extended time. I was waiting for the truck like always, and it never takes more than an hour.
So after 2 1/2 hours I inquired about the time and found out about the recall. Not a big deal, but three hours in the customer lounge is a tad boring.
Oh well, see you in the spring for my summer tires😝
