I've known Rick for a few years now and have used him many times on structural repairs for jobs such a vehicle impacts and carpentry services for residences damaged by water etc. I knew very quickly after the first time I used him and his crew that they were exceptional craftsman.

This was the first time I used him on a private basis for my own project which was building a lower deck and re-surfacing an upper deck. Rick and his co-worker worked exceptionally hard to create a finished project that looks fantastic! Although material prices are insane due to our wonderful new world; labor rate was very fair for the work performed.

Rick and his team's genuine care and attention to detail along with their willingness to go over and above leaves know doubt that you could not be in better hands with any project you may have.

In closing I will never hesitate to recommend Millenium Homes to anyone serious about truly beautifying their homes!

I wanted to do a kitchen renovation but did not know any contractors in Lethbridge. Rick is the 'contracted' renovator to the local hardware store I used to start the reno. This was the first major renovation I've undertaken and I couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and the end product. Rick and Mona were efficient, quick, and kept the work site very clean, a wonderful thing as I was still living in my home. The entire renovation from start to finish (minus waiting periods for countertops, cupboard delivery, etc) was 4 weeks. The renovation included removal of a wall, roughing in and completion of a new pantry and turning an old pantry into a laundry room. Rick consulted with me for the tiniest things such as the exact placement of my new island, where to add new lighting, etc. I've recommended Millenium Homes to many friends and acquaintances and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for future renovations. He is always happy to answer any question, no matter how minor. I'm 'over the moon' happy with my new kitchen and Millenium Homes, A job very well done, indeed!

We had Millenium Homes Inc do some work for us (renovations) and Rick was awesome. He is very friendly and worked really well with us, especially because we had people living in the home while he was renovating. He hired the right people to get the job done and we are thrilled with the end result. I have personally referred him to many other people and have always heard good reviews.
