(September 20, 2020, 11:29 am)I just started taking classes at Legacy and i feel welcomed & supported by both the instructors and students. Having started classes during the Covid pandemic I can say that the school is clean and they have taken all precautions to ensure students feel safe while training.

(July 20, 2018, 5:48 am)As an adult, there is something to be said about having an hour long workout that leaves you exhilarated and soaking wet with sweat and realizing that there is no way you could not have possibly done it a short while ago, so your personal improvements are blatantly apparent. The new friends and friendly support in the class is a massive added bonus. Highly recommended.
