She was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond multiple times throughout the whole process with a few major hurdles in the way, completely in different provinces 6hrs apart. She would just laugh and have a solution for me in no time. Im 100% sure Melissa was more happy to get me into my very first Vehicle than I was getting my first vehicle, unsure how she pulled it off but she managed to find me the exact car in the color i wantedin no time flat.
