“This was my first visit to the salon. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be greeted when I first walked in then escorted around to where I needed to be. I started with a 60 min relaxation massage. This was wonderful and Martha did a great job. The products all smelled amazing and there were some details and fine touches that were so nice. I then had a hair cut with a conditioning treatment. The chairs at the hair washing sinks are massage chairs! It was nice that the service started with a scalp massage. I loved my haircut! I liked my stylist but I felt like she was a little rough with me, when she was brushing and drying my hair. The only thing I wasn't happy with was I was offered a coffee when I got there, but I declined because I was going right in to a massage and didn't want one. I then had a bit of time between appointments. When I started my hair appointment it would have been nice for them to ask me one more time if I wanted a beverage. It would have been a perfect experience if they had. Since this was my first visit I didn't feel comfortable asking for one.”
