I adore this Starbucks location in particular…I come 2-3x a day! The staff really understand how to connect with their customers and often draw or write lovely messages on my cup which makes me feel valued. A special shout out to Carolyn who handled a tough situation with grace this morning; the espresso machines were down - something that was totally out of her control, and she shared some really great alternatives to my usual drink. Instead of being disappointed that my drink wasn’t available and leaving with no coffee, I tried another great option. Keep it up!

I have no idea how everyone stayed so cheerful and upbeat behind the counter today. I would’ve broke down under the pressure this fantastic team was under today. None of them missed a beat and kept grooving like their lives depended on it. Sure the wait was kind of long but they were just humming and I saw the lineup when I walked in and new how long it was gonna take.

Personally these 5 gems behind the counter deserve a bonus for todays shift
