“Stopped by for a light snack before going to watch a slo-pitch game with friends. Super friendly service and nice patio. We had the Asian Lettuce Wraps, which were just OK. Heavy on the rice and a wee bit too light on the fish - and not enough sauce to make the dish sparkle. The appetizer salt and pepper wings were good, but it was a somewhat smaller amount than we expected for the price. Star of the short stop was definitely the brownie - really yummy. We’d stop in again sometime and give the menu more of a chance to strut its stuff.”

“I am a professional sharpener. That said, whenever I get a knife from Jake at CCE, I have him sharpen it. Why? Two reasons: 1. It makes a little less work for me, and 2. Jake sharpens them every bit as well as I can. And if I have sharpened 15-30 knives in a day, the last thing I want to do is sharpen a few more for myself. Having Jake at CCE sharpen them is a little treat I give myself. If you haven't already had Jake sharpen knives for you, give him a try. You won't be disappointed.”
