Cooper was personable while still being professional. He walked us through what he thought might be the issue and what he was going to do to try and diagnose the problem. “My furnace experienced some problems during cold days about 2 weeks ago. I contacted Ways Plumbing and Heating and Mr. Li responded promptly. He identified the issue as the failure of the blower motor, and removed the motor in half an hour. He came back with a new motor a few hours later, installed the motor, tested the furnace, and provided useful tips regarding maintenance of the furnace. He also promised one-year warranty for his service. For the past two weeks, the furnace has been working very well, very smoothly and much quieter. The efficient and professional work done by Mr. Li is totally worth the cost.”
