I had spine surgery 18 months ago and I was nervous about going back.
It is one of the best things I have ever done. I only wish I had done it sooner!!

I love the friendly and motivating staff, I love that there are multiple classes throughout the day to choose from, I love that there are new workouts every day, I love that the treadmill and rower are incorporated, and I especially love the playlists (they keep me pumped through the whole workout)!! I’m so excited to see where my OTF journey takes me!!
