I always love spending time on my matt in this beautiful space. Everyone is very helpful and understanding everytime I need assistance. During the Covid19 pandemic they were very quick to respond and accommodating to their membership so yoga was accessible and within budget.

Great team of teachers that offer a great selection of classes. I like that they opted to keep a virtual offering even after reopening....although their heated, welcoming space is the best place for full effect! Thanks for doing all you do for your students! ✌

Was really fun and a good work out. Tonight's class was great, Candice is a great instructor and knows the perfect limits on pushing you while still being fun. Got to love the dad jokes.

I love this studio! I have been to so many different studios in Red Deer over the last several years and Yoga Nation is by far my favorite. The environment is so relaxed and very welcoming. Great place to learn and grow in your practice. Awesome variety of classes and the instructors are all so amazing. Highly recommend.
