Max at the bower mall location made my experience with Telus the absolute best. He is knowledgeable, friendly and personable. It’s people like max that make me sure I’ll be a Telus customer for life. Everyone at the store is welcoming. I’m happy I went in to upgrade both mine and my husbands phones today, the process ended up being so easy!

Customer service was excellent. Two staff members were able to help me out and address all my issues. They even followed up afterwards as well which was excellent.
