Green Drop Lawns Ltd.

I hired them in fall to have our lawn cared for but we found a different company to take care of our lawn this year spring. They came by today to service my lawn even though I did not request for any service.

So I called in and a very nice lady over the phone helped me out and she said they accidentally invoiced me and not to worry about it that it would be settled on their end.

Great response I didn't even have to 'argue' with anyone and they were kind enough to move on from there so GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE with good response time if that's what you're looking for.

Unfortunately for my family, we decided to move on with a different company as we had to do our landscaping with them.

This is our second year using Green Drop and we highly recommend the service. Our lawn looks phenomenal, no weeds on the sidewalk, everything looks great. Our neighbours kept commenting the first summer on how amazing our lawn looked and we definitely agree. The staff are very polite and professional. We have dogs and they always make sure the gates are closed when they leave. No complaints.

I got Green Drop for the first time this summer and my lawn has never looked better. There’s a visible difference in color between my neighbour and I’s lawns as well as has killed all our weeds. I would definitely recommend this lawn company to anyone looking to get services done.

I’ve used Green Drop one year about 6 years ago. It seemed to work very well. I decided to have them do one application as the neighboring yards all have dandelions and I just couldn’t seem to get on top of them in my yard. I waited all one day, and finally received a message they couldn’t get there. When I inquired(I wasn’t happy after waiting all day) they said it was too windy, and would come the next Tuesday. They did indeed come about 2:30 pm on the day they said. It’s now Sunday, and I’m cutting my grass, but the dandelions have shriveled, but are very alive underneath. I’m having to dig them out by hand as they are going to seed. I’m not impressed, and wonder what’s changed since using them prior. Also, my lawn has big yellow blotches.

I want to add to my review. Green Drop responded to my review, by sending out the technician that originally treated my lawn. Josh is a friendly, informative young man who answered all my concerns. A follow up spray was done today on my remaining weeds, by an equally friendly and conscientious young woman. I’m pleased Green Drop cares enough about customer service to go the extra mile! Thank you, I have already recommended you to my sister and a friend!
