Awesome customer service! I took my Harley to Scott last summer hoping he could fix the sound quality of a system I had done by a different shop. We thought it was going to be a fairly easy retuning, maybe take an hour. After pulling the fairing off Scott could tell it was not installed correctly and there was components in the system that did not need to be in there. I ended up being there for 5hrs and the whole time Scott let me hang out in the shop with him and gave me a schooling on audio/electric. He is VERY knowledgeable and you don't see guys like him willing to educate their customers so they understand what they need for the vehicle they want done.
Look at some of the very high end vehicles they work on. There was an old Chevy in the shop that day worth well over six figures. All in all they only charged me for 1hr shop time. You are getting the best when you go to Vibe. I will taking my bike back later this year to get a big upgrade!
The remote start on my 2010 Camry stopped after working well for 10+ years. On the recommendation of others, I attended Vibe Car audio. Service attendant Ron first looked at the car & tried a few things. He suggested a booking.
I had agreed to bring the car to Vibe on Sunday night leaving the keys in an exhaust port in order for a service inspection first thing Monday morning.
Within minutes of leaving my car on Sunday night, employee Scott phoned saying the car was working.
I returned to the shop where Scott was standing outside beside my vehicle. He indicated he had tried several things and had “reset” (his words, no mine) the remote master unit. He then shut the vehicle down several time and restarted it each time using the remote.
Scott later said he was working on this Sunday night because of the volume of work. He just happened to hear my keys drop from the exhaust port.
To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Clearly both Ron and Scott went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. Especially Scott’s declining my VISA for his time.
If you are looking for a firm to serve your remote, look no farther!
