“Awesome customer service! I took my Harley to Scott last summer hoping he could fix the sound quality of a system I had done by a different shop. We thought it was going to be a fairly easy retuning, maybe take an hour. After pulling the fairing off Scott could tell it was not installed correctly and there was components in the system that did not need to be in there. I ended up being there for 5hrs and the whole time Scott let me hang out in the shop with him and gave me a schooling on audio/electric. He is VERY knowledgeable and you don't see guys like him willing to educate their customers so they understand what they need for the vehicle they want done. Look at some of the very high end vehicles they work on. There was an old Chevy in the shop that day worth well over six figures. All in all they only charged me for 1hr shop time. You are getting the best when you go to Vibe. I will taking my bike back later this year to get a big upgrade!”

“I wouldn’t try to sell anything to them, they really low balled me on a couple of high end items that were in mint condition and maybe just over a year old. This store is a great store don’t get me wrong but they don’t give you nothing for selling or trade in for in store credits. Other than that the store is great and well stocked with knowledgeable staff.”

“The staff were great. First interaction with a salesperson: I stated I was happy exploring on my own when asked if I had been helped. He happily let me browse in peace. Then when I had thoroughly explored the store and stopped upon an item of interest, a different salesperson checked in and helped me with my purchases. Overall the staff here were very friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all to make any purchases.
