“Just installed an Eagle soft roll-up cover on my 2019 Tacoma. Initial impression with the service and product is that I could not be happier! The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions prior to purchase. The tonneau cover itself seems to be of very good quality, I think it would be VERY hard to find another of the same quality at this price. The 3rd Gen Tacoma has a lot of openings in the box, mostly around the tailgate, but also at the front. The cover came with a couple extra seals for each end of the bulkhead, as well as a roll which I used to seal the tailgate openings. Securing the tonneau was simple with the supplied brackets that bolt directly to the Tacoma rail system. Some covers use a different system and move the rails. The latch system is simple, unlatches both sides with one pull, and works well. They even included a small battery powered light with adhesive to secure inside the box. I plan to put a better lighting system on, but still thought it was nice they included this in the package. The vinyl top and rails seem to be of a good quality and come with a 5 year warranty so I expect they should last at least that and more. Will update in the future if there is anything to add, but as noted, very happy with this Tonneau so far!”

“Awesome customer service! I took my Harley to Scott last summer hoping he could fix the sound quality of a system I had done by a different shop. We thought it was going to be a fairly easy retuning, maybe take an hour. After pulling the fairing off Scott could tell it was not installed correctly and there was components in the system that did not need to be in there. I ended up being there for 5hrs and the whole time Scott let me hang out in the shop with him and gave me a schooling on audio/electric. He is VERY knowledgeable and you don't see guys like him willing to educate their customers so they understand what they need for the vehicle they want done. Look at some of the very high end vehicles they work on. There was an old Chevy in the shop that day worth well over six figures. All in all they only charged me for 1hr shop time. You are getting the best when you go to Vibe. I will taking my bike back later this year to get a big upgrade!”

“Kevin and Kyle literally made a dream become a reality. I have wanted a Yamaha FJR1300 since only a few years after the first one was produced. When searching one day back in February, I stumbled upon a 2022 FJR1300 ES 20th Anniversary Edition model with only 300KM on it. I couldn't believe my eyes... I had a lot going on, so at first I dismissed it. But, I quickly determined this would be the last chance I have to purchase such a model, especially when it wasn't offered in that trim in the United States. I was nervous about buying from Canada as an American. Kevin kindly had Kyle take care of my sale since he is the import specialist. Kyle assured me that we'd get it done, and I'd be riding and loving my bike soon enough. He was so positive throughout the entire process. And not only positive, but truly glad and happy for me. Even though they were very busy during the start of the riding season, whenever I called the dealership, I could get in touch with one of them. It had old dried paint all over, dirt, grime, drywall chips, and lots of coffee/food spills. Now with a change in career I needed it fixed up, and detailed really badly. Let me tell you, it was absolutely horrible. My call was answered professionally, they were polite, non-judgemental, he got my car in quick and was fair in his pricing. They got out 99% of the huge amount of spilled and built up dried paints (both oil and latex)… just think 5+years worth… ugh. I seriously couldn’t believe it!!! What an amazing transformation.
