“Though the weather was smoky/ hazy, we enjoyed getting into the lake to experience its beauty. Pretty clean water , fine sandy beach just about 2 hrs drive from Calgary.The best part about Rochon Sands was shallow depth even across the marked line ; a peace- of- mind from kiddos drowning even if out-of-sight.. The worst is the washroom and changing room - very poorly maintained, very very stinky. Overall I recommend to visit once.”
