Tokyo Express Spruce Grove

Been here three times services is always slow even if you call ahead and order ahead of time. I usually end up waiting 20 more minutes ontop of calling them 25 minutes before I show up. They also asked for your phone number but won't tell you why. I found out they use your number to text you promotions among other things that I didn't agree to receive. I put a stop to their text messaging service for my phone number. I'm only giving three stars because the food is good but the service is extremely slow and I didn't agree to receive promotional text messages from them.

My chicken Bento box was amazing, 5 stars. The chicken karage for my wife was horrible, 1 star, it is not chicken karage. Overall 3 stars

Ordered ahead online. Food was delicious! I heard some people had a bit of a wait, but it’s brand new so I’m sure they will improve wait times.

Sushi was good, bentos ok other than they forgot beef on the beef bento, tempura was greasy. Tried calling to let them know, but he thought we were ordering! Frustrating

While the service was slow for the take out (30+ mins), the food was well worth it. Had some Dynamite and Mexican rolls with dumplings and they are delicious. Have enough for lunch again tomorrow
