Canalta Hotel Stettler

We were very happy with our stay at the Canalta in Stettler on Dec. 10, 2021. Jason was very friendly and helpful with our booking reservation, and was waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening, after a long drive and a lengthy medical appointment. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff accommodated a late checkout the next day.

We travel to Stettler for a hockey tournament. This hotel was very welcoming. It was clean, well kept and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again.

Just had an amazing stay! In-room jacuzzi, fire place, good pizza from the restaurant and friendly staff. My son loved the pool and water slide. Thanks J

Cons:
A bit confusing because it looks like it's two hotels in the same building, with a restaurant in between...where the office/front desk is on the far far left and the rooms are on the far far right... is actually quite a bit of a walk

Upon our check in, the breakfast situation wasn't explained, I tried emailing front desk in the evening and got an automated reply that they wouldn't be back in the office for a few days, but I was able to call the front desk in the morning for clarification

My wife and I have stayed at the Canalta in Stettler Alberta twice and had great experiences both times. The staff are excellent and friendly. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. Almost like being at home.
