Rhonda was so friendly, responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We feel that she's running this campground to really take care of people and help them enjoy their vacation. The cabin was so clean and smelled so new that we thought it was built last year, but she told us it's been longer than that (the effort put into maintenance is obvious) . Thoughtful decor touches made the room feel cozy and welcoming. Great bed and linens. Bathroom building is a conveniently located separate structure nearby; it was spotless and the shower was great with lots of hot water. Quiet area for a peaceful sleep even though it's near the train tracks. Beautiful gift shop with so many pretty things to look at and reasonable prices.
Was a pleasant stay, very clean and quiet. Only complaint is stalls are very close together and little privacy between them. The fire pit was too close to the back of the camper so we weren't comfortable enough to have a fire.
Highly recommend!
This is a well laid out, extremely well kept property with all the amenities you need! The owners are friendly, quick to respond to every request, and work hard to make sure your stay is perfect! The park is quiet and relaxing. Did I mention how well maintained it is?
Bring your RV or there are some pretty sweet cabins for rent on site as well. Common/shared facilities are pristine!
This park is well situated, close to shopping, community center, and rodeo/agricultural center. It is a stopping place for the Alberta Prairie Railway, a great train ride adventure!
Rachon Beach and Provincial Park is a 15 minute ride away. Close enough to enjoy every day, but far enough away to avoid the busy!
Well worth spending some time here!
What an interesting and well kept campsite. We used the common area for a social gathering, very well equiped and well kept facilities. We stayed in a the Pairie Gardiner cabin that has all sorts of interesting decor and the bathroom building that is shared by the 4 cabin guests. Had a great sleep. The only improvement I can think of mentioning is having two sets of keys for people staying in cabins.
Wanted to give a shout out to Prairie Junction RV Resort. Held my Mom's 80th. Birthday party there this weekend and can't say enough about what a great experience we had. The staff are super accommodating, the showers and bathrooms are kept sparkling clean and the Grill Shack and group area worked perfectly for the party. Stettler is very lucky to have such a gem of a campground!!
