“This is a part of Alberta's and Canada's history that should not be missed if you are in the area. The museum has several displays about the history of the NWMP/RCMP that are informative and eye opening. There are also several displays that demonstrate how these men lived and worked in the rugged western frontier. If you go take the time to take in the musical ride. Though smaller in numbers they do a good job demonstrating the skills the mounted members needed to learn and demonstrate to be on the Musical Ride.”

“Well, Donna and I had a great time with the kids, as chaperones for their big field trip on that big school bus! It was 2004. It was spectacular on that bright, windy day. There were about 7 of us adults / teachers/ school staff to about 15 kids from the schools in Picture Butte... pretty good ratio! Very safe.”
