I bought my vehicle there in 2021 and ever since have been impressed with the attention to detail from all the staff. They are all friendly, eager to help and answer all my questions (even the silly ones like where do I turn my lights on).

Richard Stewart has been taking care of my vehicles for over a decade. He is honest, straightforward and true. Such people are difficult to find, especially in the auto industry.
Richard started working for Alberni Toyota a few months ago, and last week I drove over an hour (each way) to have my vehicle serviced. It was worth the drive. He figured out a couple problems with my vehicle and had them fixed in a timely and cost effective manner.
Kudos to Alberni Toyota for hiring Richard. I will be back.
