Then installed a split heat pump system.

Arron is an amazing specialist for the heat pump, highly recommended. our heat pump the fan at outside unit doesn’t spin for either heat or cold system , Arron came in and just took one hour to fix the problem. thanks very much Arron , so much appreciated, you change my mind that experience is not related to the humans age! we can enjoy the nice cool air finally!

Alberni Valley Refrigeration installed a new gas furnace to replace a vintage 1970 oil furnace we had. Our house was a mess from renovations, We had 3 angry dogs, and the staff were fantastic! Jeff Findlay came out to take photos and measurements, told us our options, and gave us a timely quote. Out of 3 possible companies who came to do that Jeff seemed like he was the most honest and transparent and cared the most. When it came time to getting the furnace installed, it was installed way faster than I expected! They sent out a crew of 5 professional HVAC guys who actually asked me questions and involved me in the process. They actually took the time to properly hide wires, run the gas line and water line where its not an eyesore, and they even caulked the siding properly afterwards. They cleaned up all their garbage and took away the old oil tank which we didn't want to deal with. They did a great job with running the intake and exhaust and even did it with regard to the renovations! I can't say enough good things about Jeff and especially the crew that came to the house and did all the hard work! The furnace is working great and I am very happy. Blown away by their customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their services. We came upon a leak in our hot water tank this morning, and they sent someone within 4 hours to replace it for us. Cameron was incredibly professional and worked efficiently and did an incredible job. We are so happy with the service and will call on them again and again when needed. Thank you for a job well done!
