I’ve had my hair done by a few of the ladies at Capellis, from the owner, Rose, to tenured stylists, to apprentices, and I’ve always left happy and confident with their work.
Huge huge huge shout out to Naomi (I’m sorry if I’ve spelled that wrong!) who did my hair today! I told her exactly how I wanted my hair and she talked through every step with me, what was realistic with my current hair length, how to make sure I’m keeping up with my hair and the steps we can take as my hair grows to get it where I want it. She’s incredibly talented, well educated, informative and honest, and great to chat with! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

My mum passed away in March but in January we took her in her wheelchair to get one last haircut, which we didn't know at the time of course. The young lady was so patient with my mum and took her time to give her the best haircut of her life. She was thrilled with the results and got so many compliments on her hair. She felt pretty in her final months and I just needed to sty thank you for such amazing, personal, compassionate care ❤️

I was so pleased with the service I received from the owner Rose today! She got me in for a cut at short notice and she was was wonderful at making me feel at ease. She listened carefully to what I wanted and asked a lot of questions and consulted pictures of me with a previous similar cut. She really paid attention to what I wanted and I didn't feel rushed at all, even though we went past the salon's closing time. She was also very honest with what I can expect from coloring for my type of hair, which is extremely refreshing! Not all hair will be able to accept easily the color we would like and she is working with me to make a great plan that will leave me happy. I really felt like I was in the hands of a professional that will give me the best care possible, instead of promising things they know can't be delivered. I made an appointment for coloring right away and I can't wait. I plan on making this salon my regular place from here on out.
