This place is amazing and well worth the visit! What an amazing host and beautiful riverside, tucked into some local farm land.

It was easy to get to with great rates and has good cell coverage.

Also, sunny if you need solar and clear if you need starlink connectivity.

Such a lovely spot, a short walk to the river. It has a laid back farm atmosphere. Large, beautiful, brand new and comfortable trailer.
Laury is super nice, relaxed and accomadating. I highly recommend a visit. Cheers

Such a Lovely person Laury is.i was here working and she gave us an amazing rate. She gave us tones of privacy, and the grounds OMG amazing waking up and seeing deer on the lawn. Go for a 10 min stroll and your at the Sumas River. Where people come from all over to fish the world class fishing River. The water is clear and clean and you can spend the day down there in lawn chairs in the water. With just the right amount of shade. We rented her 45' trailer Brand New it came with wifi, fire TV, A/C a fire place, a 3 PC bathroom with hot water, full size fridge. 1 bdm with King sized Bed and 2 fold out queens in the living room. Plus a lazy boy recliner. And a dining room set for 4 all the bedding towels sheets blankets pots and pans provided, a large awning for shade with a table and lawn chairs outside equipped with outdoor speaker and lED lighting. Lots of storage space and pantry for your food. Full size fridge with freezer . Everything one could need for there stay.Laury rents this out on a weekly basis prefers cpls or small out of town crews short term only. We didn't stay here, just adding a review for everyone else's info! We popped in inquiring about a stay but decided to look elsewhere. $25/night. Land owner said the site in unmaintained and the road down to it is quite bumpy.
