The views from the lookout points at Gowland Tod trail make it pretty easy to appreciate living on the Island.
Love it here! It's a relatively challenging hike with lots of ups and ups and some steep downs. The views though...wow, they are so very worth it!!! ❤️❤️
Excellent place to kayak, canoe or paddle board in. The jelly fish blooms are fascinating.
A great place to hike for bigginers, with a good view of the water! The walk down to the water takes around 25mins and isn't too hard. At low tide you can see a lot of sea life in the tide pools. It can get a little busy on weekends and parking can get tight. If you like the outdoors this is a great place to visit!
A great hike with different levels of difficulty depending on the trail you take. Trails are easy to follow however I recommend taking a trail map or GPS if it's your first few times. Here you can enjoy the views with long walks or take the trail down past the waterfall to the ocean. There are some steep sections around the waterfall or on trails that take you deeper into the park.
