Juan de Fuca - China Beach Campground

Very well located and run camp ground. The sites are well spread out clean and the location is stunning. China Beach is not far and the trail is well maintained.

Beautiful location clean campground and a scenic 1km walk to beach. Kids loved it. No showers...great family ❤️ week.

This was our first camping experience in Victoria! Stunning place with China beach just 1.5km away. We took a nice and easy hike there with our parents as well as our children, the youngest who was just 2. The camp itself is very clean with cold water taps, and basic ‘gravity assisted’ toilet facilities. The camp manager Peter, was an absolute star! Very helpful when we needed some tools to fix some loose ends on our RV. Some of the sites are booked online but if you are dropping in cold, there are some ‘first come first serve’ sites available as well. Come in around 10:30am as that’s when people who are done with their camping start checking out. Lovely tall cedar trees, and reasonably quiet campers mostly.

China beach was lovely and when we were there it was very quiet and we had the beach to ourselves for a few hours. Definitely worth the visit.

Great campground will come again super clean and well run we loved our stay so much !! Peaceful and a great easy hike for kids to the beach.
