Always a beautiful place.
Not too hard to get to, not too much to explore, a few historical story boards. Lighthouse is not open for exploration, but the view is breathtaking, lots of creatures, beautiful views of the Olympic Mountain range.
The trail is a fairly steep grade down to the lighthouse, so beware of the climb back up to your vehicle! The trail is wide and well kept, and the lighthouse has been restored and looks beautiful!
Beautiful spot to visit. Unfortunately the lighthouse is under restoration at the moment so the top is a bit of an eye sore but still worth a visit. People near us had mentioned the sight of whales in the area previously. Short walk from one of the small parking lots near the trail. Fresh bear poop was on the way to the lighthouse :) We enjoyed lunch here and basked in the beautiful weather coast scenery ????
Nice walk, and a nice view. Pretty basic path to get there, easy enough that we saw several seniors/little kids on our way there and back. Great place for a few photos. Some seals playing in the kelp off the rocks.
