Fossil Bay Resort

Very private cabins, stunning view, perfect spot to explore the West Coast of Vancouver Island. The owners are exceptionally nice and accomodating - Maria speaks German. All you need is there to spend a couple of days, all topped by the perfectly maintained hot tub to relax in before bed time. I would (and probably will) stay here again.

Super cozy, the rooms are quite outdated but in great shape. Just a simple kitchenette but everything we needed. The hot tubs on the decks are so nice and private and the fireplace in the room is great.

Fossil Bay was little farther from Victoria than we expected. But we don't regret it at all. The cottages are clean, nicely appointed, and very cozy. The ocean views are amazing. My wife loved soaking in the hot tub while hearing the waves crashed below us. The resort is close to a number of day hikes and wilderness beaches. Can't recommend Fossil Bay enough.

The views are stunning, It is well maintained. Private hot tub is a real plus. Only issue I have is we bring our own cutting board and chefs knife. The ones provided are not sharp.
