She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable in understanding how our bodies function and how to use Pilates to increase our strength and overall body and mind wellness. Julie's Barre, Fascia and Stretch classes are all enjoyable and add strength and endurance to my overall wellness. The workouts are really intense and well planned-out, the instructors always help you with technique and form while keeping you motivated to give 110%. I have quite a few joint issues, they've always helped modify my workout to something that works for me. The 6-week challenge is amazing too, if you want to reach your weight loss goal in a shorter amount of time I recommend it! It takes dedication but it sure pays off.”

“I felt the instructors and atmosphere was very kind and inclusive more so than other places. I recommend this place for people who are complete beginners.. Class sizes seemed small to me at least in the summer and lots of explanation. But I found there was so much talking and explaining about positions that I couldn't really get into any sort of flow or focus on my breath personally. I feel like everything is super beginner oriented.”
