“A fairly large Save On, with a good selection of staple items. Their deli, salad section was looking pretty bleak when we visited.???? It was only 2 in the afternoon on a weekday,but many salads already missing from the trays, some others looked very unappealing with just a few beans floating in liquid (for example). Clerk there was friendly and apologetic but that didn't help with filling up our basket! Bakery selection was ok but clerk there was rather snarky when I asked a question about the muffins (short black hair with glasses). She seemed in a rush to get back to standing around at the back, instead of trying to be helpful. Organic section could use more produce. Didn't even have organic tomatoes available, which should be a given. Clerk (young,thin man) there was nice and tried to help, but again, that didn't help with what we wanted to buy that day. Prices overall were good. Would probably shop here again.”

“Where to start... I love this gym! When I signed up I was greeted by Christina she was super sweet, lovely, efficient and very friendly. I love how this gym is 24/7 and the parking is excellent as well as a prime location! This gym gives off such a great vibe, everyone is so nice and friendly! I love my PT trainer Sophia, she is lovely to work with. Sophia breaks down and is very efficient in explaining what muscle groups I am working on, So knowledgeable! She is also super sweet, friendly. I feel very comfortable with her guidance and I am learning lots which is just everything I was looking for in a PT! Thanks for being awesome everyone! :D”

The receptionist Jo-Ann was very organized and displayed great communication. The care I received was outstanding as well as the availability of my midwife and length of appointments. I felt comfortable asking whatever question I needed whenever I wanted and I never felt rushed as I did with my previous pregnancy handled by doctor. Jane is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, the level of trust I felt with her made all the difference. My pregnancy was great, and I went on to having the most incredible birth experience which included a successful VBAC! I felt so supported throughout everything. Even the post natal visits were a joy to go to and I always looked forward to every appointment. I am so greatful for Jane and Birth Partnership, and if I have another I will definitely be back!”

I am in the dental field myself and have had the pleasure of working with Charles and his experienced co-workers for many years. They are perfectionists when it comes to restorative fit and colouration. C-Tec adheres to stringent infection control. What you might have not seen is how they disinfect afterwards prior to the next patient. Yes, I agree Latex allergy is a concern and that is noted on the forms sent by the dentists. The laboratory results for my crown and bridge work has been top notch. I recommend C-Tec Dental Ceramics 100%. Thanks again for all the Lab's expertise and care over the years. I am in the process of having many restorations placed and I feel the utmost confidence in the finished product by this lab.
