“I have been shopping at Penna for years and it's one of my favourite places to shop. I will often stop in just to walk around and be inspired with no intent to buy. I mean who wouldn't be inspired by huge walls of Fiesta Ware and Le Creuset....or day dreaming about what layer cakes you can make with 6"round cake pans. I am absolute kitchenwares junky, so I know all the places to shop in Victoria and surroundings townships, and each place has it's gems, but there is no other store that compares to selection of Penna. I've learned over the years the only the only thing missing in any situation is what I am not brining, so when I walk into a store I try to bring a friendly attitude and will often say a hello to the staff before they do. Because of that I have fostered some great relationships with people in the places I often frequent and always receive the great service I'm looking for. Just saying!!! “Staff member asked if she could help as soon as she saw I didn't know where to look for what I wanted, stationary supplies. A fine start. Then, she actually knew something about the blue tooth keyboard behind the counter. I've been in specialty computer stores where staff knew far, far less about their products. She even went so far as to advise, accurately, about systems with which to use it. Given this, it's too bad that Monk doesn't flesh out their product lines to let her make money selling computers for them.”
