Fantastic company to kayak with. We've gone out several times with their guides, on Ganges Harbour tours, exploring islands, and they are talented, focused on safety and helpful for newbie kayakers. If you're wanting to get out and explore the islands (which you should!) these guys get my vote.

First time paddling in BC waters in an enclosed kayak.
The guides were amazing! Kip and Kevin were helpful, encouraging and provided tips on improving paddling stroke and preventing fatigue. There was also a 'volunteer' "Sarah" paddling with us she was also very helpful in providing paddling tips. Crossing a major thoroughfare used by power boats and sea planes was intimidating but the three of them made sure we crossed safely and as a group. The guides also provided information on local history, the inter-tidal zone and the animals that frequent the area. It was a truly great 3 hours on the water. I would highly recommend a outing with Island Escapades!
