Stunning property, spacious, private, secure and walking distance to Ganges town centre.

So we get a call on the way over by boat from vancouver. "Sorry, but your room is not available due to circumstances beyond our control."

The staff found us a confortable alternate room for the night. They then checked us in early the following day.

When we had left, we had a difference of opinion about the bill. The owner called and resolved this immediately. Our accomodations had been reduced to half the regular rate for the inconvenience . This was expetable to us and We will definetley be back in the near future.

The staff went out of the way to try and make the best out of a unfortunate situation.

Fantastic view, incredibly spacious layout, and super convenient location. Check in/check out was a breeze.

Only a few issues - we stayed in a lower suite and found it a little stuffy, even with the fan on. Bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned thoroughly - when I wiped away some moisture on the floor it came away yellow, so you can draw your own conclusions there. Some grime on the inside of the pots available for use. On the bright side, we notified the staff, and someone was immediately on the premises with a steam mop to go over it again, so the service there was A+. Otherwise, the place was very clean, and the soap they provide you is fantastic.

Mariners Loft was great place to spend the first week of our Spring break. Clean, new, spacious, conveniently located, helpful staff, well appointed... All the good travel adjectives can be applied to this vacation spot. I would recommend it to anyone, especially families.

Stayed at the penthouse suite and it was beautiful. Although no amenities likes hotels and resort, the kids still had lots of fun inside the house. The location is kind of strange ( next to a school), but not too hard to find.
