“The nice lady helped us order windows for our place. Small town charm means enough time for explaining etc. The following week, I dropped off a deposit on Sunday which is a day they are closed. However, she saw me and unlocked the door. Possibly a one-off, but appreciated. So far, so good. Supply chain=5 months wait so we'll update at that time. For now, five stars.”

“Amazing service and workmanship. My son took his car to CDN Tire Langford TWICE and spent over $300 trying to figure out what his headlight issue was they couldn't. Said they would have to remove the motor to get at the wiring behind the firewall. SO I told my son it's going local. Heather took my call, nicest lady to speak with on the phone and in person. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and charged only the time it took to install it which was half hour. These people are honest and hard working. They have my future business. “I prefer RCU over all the other "pick a part" yards I've been to on the island. The selection is plenty and the prices are super reasonable. They are well worth the drive if you're coming from Victoria or Duncan area but best to give them a call first before you head out.”
