“I recently went there for the food and it was awesome, delicious and mild spicy. Price is also less compared to other Indian restaurants, quantity of the gravy is more. So i would suggest ordering rice along with gravy. Ramesh (experienced chef, owner) is kind and he is open to customize the dish as per the requirements of the customer, if you need spicy or mild let him know. I will recommend this place. I wish them a great success and long running. Currently they are running from sooke museum place, wish they get a permanent place to run it fully.”

“Great donuts, with a rotating list of new flavours and fritter combos! They also have cinnamon buns, theme cookies, cupcakes, cakepops, mini cheesecakes, and squares. They have both cake and yeast-levened donuts, and label them so you know what you're getting. I follow them on SM so I can see what the flavours for the day are. My kids love the sprinkle donuts best (of course) and the bakers often go the extra mile and make sprinkle donuts on the spot when I come in with them, since they're baking all day long. The owner actually hand-delivers orders, and remembered me when my out-of-province friends ordered me two dozen fritters for my birthday (haha, they had no idea that these fritters are HUGE). The apple fritters are some of the best I've ever tried, and if the peach fritters are in season try them for sure! Very hard working family business, run by the owner and her daughters. We're so lucky to have them in Sooke, they're better than a lot of the artizanal donut shops in Victoria! “I just grabbed my mother's birthday cake today from kelz and it was absolutely delicious I asked for a fruit cake and they delivered an amazing cake. The flavour was perfect not too sweet yet very tasty, needles to say we almost ate the whole thing between the 6 of us!! Great place great staff, friendly and detail oriented; their skills are top notch I will be ordering all future cakes from here. Thanks for making this day special for my family.”

“We stumbled upon this coffee shop near Victoria/Sooke. The owner restored this 1968 VW bus into an espresso mobile. It is such a cute setup in the wagon with great freshly ground coffee. The owner/barista was also really friendly and gave us tips on how to get to where we were going. Overall, great vibe, good coffee, and amazing service. Highly recommend you go there if you’re ever in the area.”
