  Was okay. I usually go to coffee shops that do free refills because I'm there for a while studying. I asked the girl when I initially bought my coffee if they did free refills, she said yes. When I went up for my second cup a different cashier told me they don't, and I have to pay $2. Kinda disappointing as I wouldn't have had her pour the second cup had I been told the correct information initially. Coffee itself was good and the cafe had a cozy ambiance.

  This was an absolutely fantastic place. The service was great, very friendly. The food was delicious if not a little greasy. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the coffee.

  Most delightful staff! All of the drinks are hand crafted and phenomenal, there treats and sammie's are to die for. The cozy and heart warming environment pairs well with how great the staff is ❤️❤️❤️ Love you guys

  Great atmosphere. The bagels are amazing. I am very impressed by both their corned beef bagel and their smoked salmon bagel. The corned beef was soft and moist, and the smoked salmon sits on top of a bed of cucumber and cream cheese.

  Great coffee and a good selection of baked goods. The "meal" options and sandwiches are filling and tasty. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Most of all, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They're pleasant, warm, and helpful. My favourite place in downtown vic to grab a coffee with friends, have an affordable lunch, or just to sit with a tea and do some reading.
