Typical Starbucks in a slave-on. Got drink wrong, didn't bother to ask for correct drink as no confidence in the barista

Seemed to be a bit more of a wait than I'm used to. Not to order, that was quick and asked the right questions to get the right product.

Waiting for the order to be filled. There were four people ahead of me in the store, yet it took fifteen minutes to get two drinks.

Oak Bay Avenue and the Yates Street location seem quicker.

One of the baristas made me the best Iced Mocha I've ever had a couple weeks ago.

While I generally am very fond of Starbucks, this particular one has a superstar barista. Vanessa has customer service down pat. One morning In Particular I was feeling a bit grumpy so I said I would be outside and I would return for my beverages. While outside, Vanessa took it upon herself to bring the beverages out to me. She didn't have to do that, but she did, and I was very thankful! Thanks, Vanessa! ❤️
